Evey student's journey to success is unique! As an online private school, GTS offers various types of admissions and programs to support our students best way possible during their journeys to success!
Full-time Enrollment
Full-time students receive their whole education from GTS. It includes coursework, dual-credit college courses, success coaching, and VR programs. Generous scholarship opportunities are available to full-time students.
Part time & Single courses
GTS offers part-time enrollment and single courses, allowing students to tailor their education to meet their specific needs. Students can take multiple courses, including dual-credit college courses, without enrolling full-time.
Success Coaching
Our Success Coaching program supports students' academic and personal growth. It focuses on what students need to do today to accomplish their goals years from now. It is comprehensive, personalized, motivating, and strength-based.
Dual Diploma Program
This program is for international students to earn an American high school diploma while attending school in their home countries. It is a selective program for high-performing international students with English language proficiency.

Aspiring athletes who dream of playing collegiate and professional sports love the flexibility, personalization, and the academic support they receive at GTS. They train and learn as much as they need, whenever and wherever.
Performing Artists
Musicians, dancers, actors, and other performers attend GTS so that they can pursue their dreams. They design their academic path based on their needs, interests, and goals with personalized guidance, support, and attention.
Gifted & Talented Learners
Our accelerated, gifted, and talented students study advanced level coursework, take college courses, and conduct independent studies. They also study faster and finish high school sooner than four years
STEM Students & Mathletes
Students enjoy our large selection of STEM-related courses and electives, college courses leading to industry recognized Mastery Certificates, and independent studies. We also prepare students for STEM competitions.
Homeschoolers
Homeschool students supplement their learning with 300+ engaging courses, college courses, or success coaching to support their academic and personal growth. They take as many courses as they want without full-time enrollment.
International Students
International students who want to go college in the U.S. attend GTS either full-time or join our dual diploma program to earn an American high school diploma. International students may also receive our college admission coaching only.
1:1 information sessions begin with a short presentation about Global Town School and continue with a dialogue with prospective parents, answering their questions and sharing more information. 1:1 information sessions are given to individual parents and families and not conducted in groups for personalization.

Global Town is fully accredited by the Accrediting Commission for Schools, Western Association of Schools and Colleges (ACS WASC). WASC is one of the six regional accrediting agencies recognized by the U.S. Department of Education. ACS WASC accreditation, which renews every three years, ensures that Global Town School is committed to continuous improvement and high-quality learning and programming. Because of the ACS WASC accreditation, Global Town School diploma and courses are accepted by colleges and other middle and high schools.

Many of the GTS courses have been reviewed and approved by National Collegiate Athletic Association, NCAA. NCAA schools requires college-bound students to build a strong academic foundation to prepare them for the academic expectations in college. The NCAA requires freshman student-athletes entering NCAA Division I and II to complete 16 credits of NCAA-approved courses. Our student-athletes, based on their goals, enroll in NCAA-approved courses to meet those requirements.

Many of the GTS courses are A-G approved. Students planning to apply and attend University of California schools and California State University are required to complete 15 A-G approved courses throughout their high school. With taking A-G approved courses, we ensure our students are well prepared to succeed at a University of California school or University of California’s 23 campuses across California.
A-G Approved Courses
Founded more than 120 years ago as a not-for-profit, College Board helps millions of students navigate the path from high school to college and career. College Board pioneered programs like the SAT and AP to help students develop the skills they need. College Board, therefore, approved GTS’s AP courses by performing AP Course Audits to ensure the courses meet the expected level of rigor. Our students take the AP courses with us and the AP exams at their home districts.

Each GTS student is paired with a success coach who supports their academic and personal growth comprehensively. GTS coaches have extensive training and successful backgrounds in working with middle and high school students.
